  We had planned to get sandwiches from Russo's, but they were closed for the week. So we looked around and choose A & LP. It must have been providence, and we have a new sandwich shop at the shore.
  
  We ordered a cheesesteak, pizza steak, a pork rabe and a grilled chicken. Each sandwich was HUGE, fresh and packed with filling. The fries were huge orders. Three order was plenty for the four of us to share with leftovers. They were wonderfully crisp outside and pillowy and perfectly seasoned on the inside. The service was friendly, professional and excellent, and the prices were VERY reasonable, a great value for money!
  
  I've seen some of the reviews saying there was no meat, and I wonder where they got sandwiches because ours were two to three inches thick with meat and we all had trouble finishing, but they were so delicious we pushed through.
  
  I grew up in Philly, and these were among the best I have ever eaten. Visit A & LP, you won't be sorry!
